Sauted Mushroom Horderves

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 lbs mushrooms

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large skillet,add sherry,soy and spices.stir to combine.add sour cream and stir till melted.bring to a simmer and add mushrooms.halve small mushrooms and quarter if large.cook 5-6 min till heated thru.if using for horderve,put in chafe dish or crock pot to keep warm.these will go fast so just add more mushrooms to sauce as needed.
