Raspberry-pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 48 low-fat crackers or 6 medium red apples, cut into 8 slices

Recipe

  • 1 in a small microwaveable bowl, stir together the fruit spread, vinegar, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes.
