- 1 lb uncooked spicy sausage
- 1 lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick
- 3 dashes tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine uncooked sausage, cheese, bisquick and tabasco. make walnut-sized balls.
- 3 lightly touch the tops with a fork. bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes. serve hot or at room temperature.
