Skorthalia (greek Garlic Sauce)

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 10 slices bread, crusts removed
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 peel and crush garlic.
  • 2 place bread in a mixing bowl with garlic, oil, and vinegar.
  • 3 let soften for one hour.
  • 4 place mixture in a food processor and pulse til smooth.
