Nat's Spicy Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1/3-1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk

Recipe

  • 1 mix mustard& vinegar in a small bowl.
  • 2 cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
  • 3 next day, put mixture in a saucepan, add egg and sugar.
  • 4 simmer on low heat until it thickens.
  • 5 when cool, put in covered container and keep in fridge.
