Ingredients

- 1/3-1/2 cup dry mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 mix mustard& vinegar in a small bowl.
- 2 cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
- 3 next day, put mixture in a saucepan, add egg and sugar.
- 4 simmer on low heat until it thickens.
- 5 when cool, put in covered container and keep in fridge.
