- 4 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 4 red capsicums
- olive oil
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 place equal amount of tomatoes, onions and capsicum in olive oil in a roasting dish.
- 2 season with sugar, salt, pepper and paprika.
- 3 roast in oven over low heat 180 degrees c until caramelised and soft (approximately 20-30 minutes).
