Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 250 g cream-style cottage cheese
- 50 g pine nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat butter & cottage cheese together until smooth.
- 2 mix in the pine nuts, basil & tomato paste, season lightly with pepper.
- 3 chill before serving.
