balsamic mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe

  • saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. do not brown the garlic. add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. stir in balsamic vinegar and , cook another 2 minutes. season to taste with salt and pepper.
