pear and prosciutto bruschetta

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pear, cored and diced
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1/3 pound sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • mix pear, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme together in a bowl; set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
  • spread blue cheese toasted baguette slices. spoon pear mixture the blue cheese. top with prosciutto.
