pear and prosciutto bruschetta
Ingredients

- 1 pear, cored and diced
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
- 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1/3 pound sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips

- mix pear, onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and thyme together in a bowl; set aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
- spread blue cheese toasted baguette slices. spoon pear mixture the blue cheese. top with prosciutto.
