Mushroom And Prosciutto Kabobs

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 12 whole mushrooms, brown are preferred
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1/8 cup port wine
- 4 1/2 slices prosciutto
- 6 wooden skewers
Recipe
- 1 wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, then cut in half.
- 2 melt butter in a frying pan.
- 3 add mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
- 4 cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1 minute.
- 5 add port and cook, stirring, until it evaporates completely.
- 6 remove from heat and set aside.
- 7 cut 18 slices of prosciutto into 4 pieces each.
- 8 thread 4 pieces of mushroom and 3 rolled pieces of prosciutto alternately onto wooden skewers, and serve.
