Mexican Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans of chopped chilies, drained
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, chopped and drained

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2 layer 1/2 of each ingredient in the order listed.
  • 3 repeat the layers.
  • 4 heat in oven till bubbly and heated throughout.
  • 5 serve with your favorite chip.
  • 6 15 ounce size for the tomatoes may not be exactly the correct size, however feel free to use whatever size you want, depending on how well you like tomatoes.
