Pineapple Apricot Conserve

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored & cubed
  • 4 lbs apricots, pitted and quartered
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 5 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 add water to sugar in stainless steel pan. bring syrup to the boiling point.
  • 2 add prepared pineapple to syrup and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • 3 drop in apricots and boil 7 minutes, or until tender.
  • 4 have hot jars ready. fill them with conserve, close and process.
