Pineapple Apricot Conserve

Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 4 lbs apricots, pitted and quartered
- 1 cup hot water
- 5 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 add water to sugar in stainless steel pan. bring syrup to the boiling point.
- 2 add prepared pineapple to syrup and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
- 3 drop in apricots and boil 7 minutes, or until tender.
- 4 have hot jars ready. fill them with conserve, close and process.
