Ingredients
- 16 ounces velveeta mexican cheese, cut up
- 8 ounces breakstone's sour cream
Recipe
- 1 microwave velveeta in 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl on high 4 minutes or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
- 2 stir in sour cream. microwave 1 minute. serve hot with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.
