Smoked Trout Appetizer Toasts

Ingredients

- 5 ounces smoked trout, flaked
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 8 radishes, sliced
- 4 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced diagonally in 1/3-inch thick slices
- 4 -8 teaspoons olive oil, for basting
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 flake smoked trout into a bowl. stir in mayonnaise and yellow mustard.
- 3 make toasts: brush baguette slices with olive oil, and season with salt. toast in oven until golden and crisp.
- 4 spread trout mixture on toasts. top with sliced radishes and a little chopped dill.
- 5 season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
