Layered Hot Artichoke And Feta Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese spread
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • chips or cracker

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix cream cheese, artichokes, parmesan cheese, and garlic until well blended.
  • 3 spread into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup ovenproof serving dish.
  • 4 top with red pepper and feta.
  • 5 bake for 20 minutes.
  • 6 serve with crackers or chips.
