Ingredients
- 4 fresh corn tortillas
- 3 grilled chicken breasts
- 2 cups pinto beans
- 1 tomato
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup jalapeno
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese or 12 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 1 lime
Recipe
- 1 cut tortillas in half and fry until golden and crispy.
- 2 fire grill marinated chicken breasts.and slice into fine strips.
- 3 chop tomatoes, onions and jalapenos.

- 11 bake @ 425 for 5-6 min or until cheese melted.
