Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 stir together and spread on apple slices. try spreading this on toasted whole wheat bread, then topping it with banana slices.
