Pesto Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 4 ounces soft mild goat cheese, at room temperature
• 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/4 cup pesto sauce

Recipe

• 1 stir together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
• 2 cooks' notes: use spread as an hors d'oeuvre (with crackers or toasts) or as a sandwich spread.
• 3 spread keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
