Ingredients
- 4 ounces soft mild goat cheese, at room temperature
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 stir together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
- 2 cooks' notes: use spread as an hors d'oeuvre (with crackers or toasts) or as a sandwich spread.
- 3 spread keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
