Ingredients

- 6 tomatoes
- 12 teaspoons pesto sauce
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat the broiler to high. cut the tomatoes in half and put into an ovenproof dish, cut side up.
- 2 dot each with 1tsp of pesto.
- 3 scatter the cheddar cheese evenly over all 12 halves.
- 4 broil for 5min or until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the tomatoes are soft.
