Hard Boiled Eggs With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 -2 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise in four.
  • 2 in a bowl mix the olive oil with the vinegar and the mustard to make the sauce.
