- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 -2 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise in four.
- 2 in a bowl mix the olive oil with the vinegar and the mustard to make the sauce.
- 3 add the pieces of the eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
