Ingredients

- 4 large hass avocadoes (8 medium can be substituted)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
Recipe
- 1 finely chop the red onion.
- 2 dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion.
- 3 dice the avocadoes and stir them in a bowl with a fork. do not "mush" them. you want them to be a little chunky. add the tomatoes and onion.
- 4 add the sour cream to taste.
