Smoky Cheese Log

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 -3 drops hot pepper sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine cheeses.
  • 2 stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
  • 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 4 shape into a 9x3-inch log; wrap airtight in plastic wrap or foil.
  • 5 refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  • 6 makes 1 cheese log.
