Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 -3 drops hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine cheeses.
- 2 stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 4 shape into a 9x3-inch log; wrap airtight in plastic wrap or foil.
- 5 refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
- 6 makes 1 cheese log.
