Quick, Creamy Hummus Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 mix beans, sesame seeds, lemon juice, cream cheese, olive oil, and garlic in a blender or food processor.
  • 2 scoop out and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3 drizzle some olive oil over it for a more elegant effect.
