Skinny Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cilantro, cleaned, stems removed
- 2 chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender or mini food processor. blend until smooth. season to your taste.
- 2 the chipotle peppers & adobo sauce add a nice smoky flavor with a little bit of heat. add more if you prefer additional heat.
- 3 serve with fresh cut cucumbers, bell pepper strips, carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.
- 4 you could also spread this on a whole wheat tortilla, add vegetables and make a sandwich wrap.
