Ingredients

- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 mince the garlic in a food processor.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
- 3 process until smooth.
- 4 pulse in the parsley.
