Mini Florentine Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (300 g) package frozen chopped spinach, well drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 24 slices deli turkey (thin slices)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended.
- 3 fit turkey slices one slice at a time into 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
- 4 fill each with the spinach mixture, about 3/4 full.
- 5 bake 15 minute or until heated through.
- 6 serve warm.
