Mini Florentine Cups

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (300 g) package frozen chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 slices deli turkey (thin slices)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended.
  • 3 fit turkey slices one slice at a time into 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
  • 4 fill each with the spinach mixture, about 3/4 full.
  • 5 bake 15 minute or until heated through.
  • 6 serve warm.
