Pizzeria Uno's Pizza Skins

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 pizza crust (or boboli pizza crust)
• 1 cup mashed potatoes (not instant)
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 slices cooked bacon

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 place mashed potatoes to a thickness of about 1/2 inch on top of pizza crust.
• 3 bake until potatoes are warm (about 160 degrees f).
• 4 top with a heavy layer of shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle bacon bits on the top of cheese. place back into oven and heat until cheese is melted.
• 5 serve with sour cream and chives.
