Oven Baked Rosemary Chips

Ingredients

- 3 baking potatoes, scrubbed
- nonstick olive oil flavored cooking spray (or vegetable oil spray.)
- salt
- dried rosemary, for sprinkling
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f (425°f for crispier chips).
- 2 use a mandoline to slice potatoes very thin - about 1/8-inch thick.
- 3 spray several pans with nonstick olive oil spray.
- 4 arrange potatoes in a single layer on the pans.
- 5 spray lightly with nonstick olive oil spray.
- 6 bake 15 to 20 minutes till golden.
- 7 they may not brown at the same rate so watch and remove when golden.
- 8 transfer to paper towels lined pan.
- 9 sprinkle while still hot with salt to taste and dried rosemary .
