Oven Baked Rosemary Chips

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • nonstick olive oil flavored cooking spray (or vegetable oil spray.)
  • salt
  • dried rosemary, for sprinkling

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f (425°f for crispier chips).
  • 2 use a mandoline to slice potatoes very thin - about 1/8-inch thick.
  • 3 spray several pans with nonstick olive oil spray.
  • 4 arrange potatoes in a single layer on the pans.
  • 5 spray lightly with nonstick olive oil spray.
  • 6 bake 15 to 20 minutes till golden.
  • 7 they may not brown at the same rate so watch and remove when golden.
  • 8 transfer to paper towels lined pan.
  • 9 sprinkle while still hot with salt to taste and dried rosemary .
