- 1 (1 lb) container miniature bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 spray cookie sheet with pam or oil.
- 2 slice and clean out peppers; keep stems on.
- 3 warm cheese, add garlic and parmesan, mix well (microwave).
- 4 spread mix into pepper and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
