Raw Almond Herb Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon minced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Recipe

  • 1 blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.
