Kalamata Olive Dip

Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted kalamata olive 
- 1 pinch black pepper 
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 
- 1 garlic clove, peeled 
- 3 -4 leaves fresh basil 
- 1 cup mayonnaise 
Recipe
- 1 rinse olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits. combine olives, pepper, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor or blender. process until well blended.
