Kalamata Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olive
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 3 -4 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 rinse olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits. combine olives, pepper, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor or blender. process until well blended.
  • 2 add mayonnaise; pulse just until combined.
