Meat Phyllo Rolls

Ingredients

- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- butter, for phyllo dough
- 1 lb phyllo dough
Recipe
- 1 saute hamburger until brown.
- 2 add wine,raisins, pine nuts,and spices.
- 3 stir until liquid is absorbed.
- 4 cool.
- 5 cut phyllo into 3 strips.
- 6 butter the phyllo.
- 7 place 1 tbsp of filling at the base.
- 8 tuck each side in about 1/2 inch.
- 9 roll up.
- 10 it should look like a sleeping bag.
- 11 brush the top with butter.
- 12 they can be frozen at this point.
- 13 place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
- 14 bake at 375* until golden (25 minutes).
- 15 45 minutes if frozen.
