Easy Sausage Con Queso Dip

Ingredients

• 1 lb bob evan zesty sausage
• 16 ounces velveeta cheese, pasteurized cheese product
• 10 ounces rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)

Recipe

• 1 crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned.
• 2 drain on paper towel, then return sausage to saucepan.
• 3 cut cheese into cubes and add sausage.
• 4 cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
• 5 stir in tomatoes.
• 6 serve warm with chips.
