- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
- 2 push into ball shape with spatula.
- 3 refrigerate until firm.
- 4 quickly round into smooth ball with hands.
- 5 roll in pecans.
- 6 cover and refrigerate.
