Ingredients

- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix everything and let sit overnight.
- 2 you may store in refrigerator, but let them warm to room temperature before eating so they don't congeal.
