Easy Bacon, Cheese & Spinach Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 8 slices bacon

Recipe

  • 1 thaw and drain spinach.
  • 2 cut velveeta and cream cheese into cubes.
  • 3 cook bacon crisp.
  • 4 combine all ingredients as well as the rotel (undrained) in a microwave safe bowl.
  • 5 heat on high 3 mins and then stir. heat an additional 2 mins or until melted.
  • 6 you can serve right away or place in a crockpot on low to keep warm.
