Smoke Salmon Rounds

Ingredients

  • 150 g whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 english cucumber
  • 240 g smoked salmon

Recipe

  • 1 mix cream cheese, dill and lemon peel until well blended.
  • 2 slice the cucumber into 48 slices, 1/4 inch thick.
  • 3 cut the salmon into 48 small pieces.
  • 4 top each cucumber with 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture.
  • 5 roll up smoked salmon pieces and place on cream cheese topped cucumbers.
