Ingredients
- 150 g whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 english cucumber
- 240 g smoked salmon
Recipe
- 1 mix cream cheese, dill and lemon peel until well blended.
- 2 slice the cucumber into 48 slices, 1/4 inch thick.
- 3 cut the salmon into 48 small pieces.
- 4 top each cucumber with 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture.
- 5 roll up smoked salmon pieces and place on cream cheese topped cucumbers.
