Ingredients

- 1 lb lean hot sausage
- 3 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 (16 ounce) packages cubed processed cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage and onion in large skillet and drain off fat.
- 2 add tomatoes and green chilies and mix.
- 3 add cheese to sausage mixture and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
- 4 serve hot in chafing dish with large chips.
