Ingredients

- 1 smoked chicken fillet
- 1 ripe firm avocado
- 1 handful wasabi peas or 1 handful hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mustard in a closed container and shake vigorously.
- 2 slice the chicken fillet.
- 3 slice the avocado.
- 4 arrange in alternating slices on a plate.
- 5 scatter hazelnuts or wasabi peas over the top.
- 6 drizzle dressing over it.
