Ingredients
- 8 ounces soft goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup radish, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh italian parsley, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, combine cheese and milk; mix until creamy.
- 2 stir in radishes, onions, parsley and salt.
- 3 if necessary, add additional milk for ease in spreading.
