Moroccan Party Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor fitted with metal blades, process garlic until minced.
