Moroccan Party Dip

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 400 g canned chick-peas
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 teaspoons tahini paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 chop garlic and parsley finely.
- 2 place garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor. add chick peas, lemon juice, tahini paste, salt and tabasco sauce and process until very smooth. approximately 1minute. scrapping down the sides, as needed.
- 3 place dip in a serving bowl. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 4 place bowl in the center of a large platter. arrange prepared vegetables, pita wedges and pretzels and serve.
