Low-carb Guacamole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  • 2 add the rest of the ingredients, mixing and mashing until you get the consistency you desire.
