Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese with chives
- 8 ounces hummus
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
- 2 1/2 ounces sliced black olives
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 spread cream cheese on rimmed plate/platter.
- 2 top with hummus.
- 3 layer cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and green onions.
- 4 optional: add pine nuts, chopped mild peppers, chopped beets.
- 5 serve with pita chips.
