Greek Hummus Layered Spread

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese with chives
  • 8 ounces hummus
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 2 1/2 ounces sliced black olives
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 spread cream cheese on rimmed plate/platter.
  • 2 top with hummus.
  • 3 layer cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and green onions.
  • 4 optional: add pine nuts, chopped mild peppers, chopped beets.
  • 5 serve with pita chips.
