Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped scallion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients unitl well blended.
- 2 refrigerate up to 2 days.
