Smoked Oyster Roll

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop oysters and onions fine.
  • 2 blend all ingredients together.
  • 3 place mix on piece of saran wrap and shape or roll to look like a log.
  • 4 chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • 5 when ready to serve take out of fridge, unwrap and roll log in finely chopped pecan nuts and serve.
