- 1 cup cooked macaroni noodles
- 3/4 cup chopped smoked chicken
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 2 avocados
Recipe
- 1 combine macaroni, chicken, sour cream, herbs, sauce and red pepper in medium bowl.
- 2 just before serving, halve avocados, discard seeds, spoon filling into avocado halves.
