Ingredients
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans (15 oz can, drained)
- 1/2 cup mexican-style salsa (preferably fresh)
- 2 -4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 remove the flesh from the avocado and cube.
- 2 place in a serving bowl.
- 3 stir in the kidney beans, salsa and cilantro.
- 4 add salt and pepper if desired.
- 5 serve.
