Obatzda

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 250 g camembert cheese, ripe
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onions, sweet, diced
  • 20 ml hefeweizen beer

Recipe

  • 1 make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. mash them together leaving some chunky bits.
  • 2 add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
