- 250 g camembert cheese, ripe
- 75 g butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons onions, sweet, diced
- 20 ml hefeweizen beer
Recipe
- 1 make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. mash them together leaving some chunky bits.
- 2 add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
