Nana's Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 3 -5 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 blend together chick peas, garlic and water in blender.
  • 2 slowly add remaining ingredients and continue blending.
  • 3 refrigerate and serve with pita triangles and/or red onion slices.
