Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas
- 3 -5 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup tahini paste
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 blend together chick peas, garlic and water in blender.
- 2 slowly add remaining ingredients and continue blending.
- 3 refrigerate and serve with pita triangles and/or red onion slices.
